“God, You are my God; I shall be watching for You; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and exhausted land where there is no water”, Psalm 63:1, NASB.

This is the final installment in the series, “You Got Me All Wrong.” Throughout the series we have worked our way through how the world, and sometimes well-meaning Christians, have come to falsely perceive God. By way of Scripture, we have introduced a proper understanding of God in the areas of logic, morality, and creation; all-the-while putting together a Christian worldview.

We have introduced thoughtful Christian writers who have navigated their own educated positions such as theologians, scientists, mathematicians, apologists, philosophers, sociologists, and pastors to defend the Christian view of God’s supreme authority over all. I have been humbled to read such thoughts over the past few months and hope that you too have peeked into suggested writings to reinforce your path to better understanding God.

Above all, I continue to encourage you to seek out God’s Word as the authority for knowing him through written revelation. This final message, “Knowing God” will focus on knowing God through “Illustration – Instruction – and Invitation”, per Psalm 63:1. I hope that you too will discover the difference between “knowing of God” and “knowing God” and come to a closer relation with the God of the universe.
